For customers that don’t engage with the prior emails, a retargeting campaign is launched featuring different offers, subject lines and cadence.
A list of all respondents, Sales and Service, are delivered to the dealer for follow-up. The information provided includes customer segment, copy of creative they engaged with, customer information, vehicle of ownership and/or interest and the link the customer clicked on.
